The 2004 Electoral College Contest, hosted by Charles of Maybe I Think Too Much and coded by me, has a winner! Matt Barker of Asheville, North Carolina correctly predicted every single electoral vote except for the 4 from New Hampshire, where he predicted Bush would win. Mr. Barker made his prediction back on March 29th, the day the contest opened! There was another user who made the same prediction, but because Mr. Barker locked his prediction in 216 days earlier, he won.

Mr. Barker wins a one-year subscription to National Review, a copy of Cox & Forkum’s Black & White World, and one month of a free ad on BlogAd’s blog.

Someone get this man a job in either Washington, or Vegas!
