Thanks Having Been Given
I hope you all of you Americans had a joyful Thanksgiving holiday. Mine was fairly unremarkable. My 22nd birthday was the day after, and that turned out to be even more unremarkable, mostly because I spent nearly the whole day asleep. Is one’s 21st birthday really as good as it gets? I can handle that… but I’d just like to know.
Tonight was Venice, FL’s Christmas parade. I must say, it really does feel like Christmas time. Actually no, I’m lying… It was 85 degrees out. It’s hard to get into the holiday spirit when you’re sweating. Soon after the parade started, it started raining… which took care of the heat problem, but didn’t really help instill that holiday spirit.
Oh… and before I forget: I got a dremel for my birthday… goodbye fingers!
