		<description>I&#039;m with you -  here we are in 2005 and some places still use punch cards, paper and pencil check boxes.  I&#039;m with you about the biometric.  We should use retinal scan to identify the identy and automatically verify eligibility of the person to vote.  Of course, that won&#039;t happen because to many people think that is &quot;Big Brother&quot;.</description>
