Reuters is spewing more oil-price inaccuracies. $62.55 in 2005 dollars is not a high. $94.48 would be.

Which isn’t to say that gas prices aren’t high and that they aren’t impacting our economy negatively. They are high and there is a negative impact on our economy, but what may be causing more of a negative impact is all this media hype about “record” oil prices. I’m sure it makes for good copy, but unnecessarily alarming the public doesn’t do anybody any good. __________________ Air America….The only thing lower than our ratings, is our morals [...]
