iPod

Well, I finally got an iPod through freeipods.com! Although, considering how long it took me to get enough referrals completed, I probably could have bought one on my own by dumping the change out of my pocket into a jar over the same time period.

The recent holdup was just waiting for them to get the new color iPods in stock. No way I was going to get impatient and get a greyscale model! What I’m actually going to do is sell the 20GB model they sent me (which actually arrived here before the e-mail telling me that it was coming) and then use that money + about another $100 to get the 60GB version. I’m giving my generation 3 15GB iPod to Sarah… I’d maxed it out. It’ll suit her much better, as she only has 3-4 GB of music, as I recall.

So what I’m going to do is put the one I got, which is of course, unopened, on eBay. I’m going to give it a “Buy it Now” price of $275. But, to readers of my site, I’m going to offer it for $260 plus free shipping. So if it is still available for “Buy it Now,” go ahead and grab it, and then tell me you saw it here, and I’ll send you a Paypal invoice for that lower price. If bidding has already started, I’ll still give you free shipping.
