Ladies and gentlemen… the President of the United States of America:

My soul for the pope to respond “dude… for serious?”

I see the liberal elite electorate bitterly clings to YouTube videos.

  2. Mark says:

What does the “liberal elite electorate” (of which I’m not a part) have to do with this?

  3. Danny Howard says:

I see the disillusioned conservative elite electorate fondles hopefully to YouTube videos.

Maybe Bush should have just said “Your an Awesome Guy”.

However, whatever he said your ilk would mock it. You guys seem to crawl out from under rocks every 20 years or so – just to diminish the greatest Nation on Earth and those who work hard to protect it.

Makes me sick that such well educated people like you have such a Polyanna view of what it takes to protect and keep freedom.

In this world there are tigers …. you would try to talk them to death with no historical successes….. you actually are responsible for the millions who died in Cambodia after you did your best to end the U.S. efforts to fight people like the Khymer Rouge.

Then you deny any dominoes fell …. what intellectual liars …. and lightweight souls.

    Awesome fools…….

  5. Mark says:

Not a conservative either. Strike two!

The “war on terror” and the war in Iraq have absolutely nothing to do with keeping and protecting American freedom. Enough with this B.S. about how every American military conflict is defending this nation or protecting our liberties. “The land of the free, because of the brave” is a nice bumper sticker, but it hasn’t been true since World War II. We fight wars for much less noble causes, these days.

    “the greatest Nation on Earth”

    Prove it.
Go to a country without oil and free them. Or better yet, stay at home and take care of your own first.

  8. Mark says:

Pre-9/11 Bush on how the most powerful nation on earth should act towards its neighbors.

  9. Ashley S. says:

Here’s my deal. I’m SICK of hearing people defend this war as if it were some kind of humanitarian mission, deemed necessary by Jesus in order that we continue to be “free” and not be bombed to hell and back..

    It’s a crock.

I love Jesus – but my heart tells me that if our government was taking a stab at the good samaritan mindset we would have invaded the Congo region of Africa years ago..we would have helped in Somalia.. We would have waged a war on sex slaves in third world countries and orphan child pornography..

It’s not about ‘getting’ all the terrorists.

This is not WWII. Afganistan was about terrorism.. Iraq is about oil and a couple of good ole boys’ cowboy-mentalities.

I’m tired of having to withold this opinion because I might be ambushed by the patriotism police and strung up for blasphemy. And I’m tired of the American public feeling guilty for thinking for themselves.

The ongoing war in Iraq, to an idiot who does not think for himself, but instead vomits the shallow “Oil” Argument, was more than that.
If you paid attention to what was going on during our run-up to war with Iraq, you will remember the many debates over whether Iraq was an Evil Empire or not.
We feared Evil Empires at that time since many had for years pursued Atomic weapons, Biological Weapons, Chemical weapons….
Most thought Iraq was one of those…. their use of Chemical weapons against their “own” people, the Kurds, was proof enough for many that Iraq was a government that needed changing – mostly the toppling of Hussein and his Sons and the much of the Bathist Structure run by Sadam (mostly by Mass Murder of those who opposed Sadam)…
Sadams actions were not taken lightly. The Iranians tried to oppose his invasion, after a total of about 12 million losses on both sides – a draw was called – if 12 million lost can be called a draw. Many of the Iranians were also killed/maimed by chemical weapons.
The Bill Clinton Presidency wrote an order for Regime change in Iraq …. didn’t do much on it…. half hearted, but still a program that showed up officially before “Cowboy” Bush ever showed up.

Google Iraq War Losses. In the pile of articles you will find you will see that “WE” killed an estimated 500 thousand Iraqui children and babies with our embargo of their country before any war started.

By “WE” I mean’t the United Nations. They were trying to enforce the “no fly zones” and “Nuclear Inspections” that Sadam had agreed to after the “First” Iraq war ….. so we killed innocent babies for many years BEFORE COWBOY BUSH ever showed up.

Read the first few chapters of “Commander and Chief”, the book on “Dubya’s” War on Iraq. You will see there that Saudi Arabia closed its borders one day – about the time our Anthrax Scare was happening here. Their intelligence agencies thought “dirty bombs” (regular explosives with radioactive materials wrapped around their warheads) that when exploded, spread radioactive material around a large area – if done well they will poison a large area e.g. Washington D.C, Wall Street, Important areas of London, Paris, Berlin etc , maybe even, Heaven Forbid the little rock that the above commentator crawled out from under, to croak at the moon his very shallow arguments.

I don’t stomach those people. They shut down College Campuses in the ‘60-’70s, polluted Chicago with their riots, all to a man when I questioned them then (I was college age too), didn’t know shit about the world.

They would say “Suppose they gave a war and nobody came”. Did they have their heads up their asses. Tyrants and other evil people abound in this world. They have been there from the beginning of time and not only show up for the wars, but start them.

Dealing with the Tyrants afterward did not help the 6 million Jews, the 6 million Poles, the 12 million Innocent Russians of WW II. Nor did it help the 2 million Pol Pot had killed in the ’70s(1/3 of Cambodia’s population – the Domino that the liberal Left still denies) The Killing fields that Mary McGrory pillorized the USA for not helping prevent when she wrote her opinion in the ’90s – but hoped most people did not remember that she pillorized the USA for trying to defeat the Khymer Rouge in the early ’70s.

Above writer aske why we do not help in Africa. Cowboy Bush is the first World Leader to label one of the the regimes there as “Genocidal”, trying to get the worthless U.N. to finally act. as far as Somalia, we were there in Clinton’s Era, but he didn’t play hardball like “Cowboy Bush”, so we came home with troops lost for nothing.

I am sure the Liberal left and their under-rock dwellers will be all too anxious to pull the troops out of Iraq, giving up what chance we had of accomplishing something there.

What something is that you ask. Liberty, Democracy, as best as we can do for that country. Do they want this? The old doormats, the Kurds and Shites do, and so do the Sunni Minority, if their rights are protected. That is why we try to get Constitutions written in these “Democrasys”. A Democrasy can be just majority rule. Rule of Law is what they understand real well in the Middle East – listen to the Lawyers in Pakistan about this.

I used to be ashamed of my Country not living up to their “Democraticv Ideals”. All during the early, and center part of the 20th Century, we often toppled regimes – evenly democratic elected ones – that did not not agree with us e.g. re communism etc. We made enemies of Iran and regimes in South America because of our support of Dictators against the justly elected, if the justly elected smelled of “Communism”.

“Cowboy Bush” is one of the first to make sure any country we overthrow because of the Evil Regimes leading them, that by the time we leave we will have tried to establish a true Democracy that supports the rights of all citizens, whether they be Women, Kurds, HuTu etc.

Are these places ready for this. Just remember the “Purple Fingers” and big smiles on the faces of the Afghanis and Iraquis after their first elections.

“Cowboy Bush” came around to my way of thinking – we should always support the people over the friendly (to us) Dictator. The little people will ultimately get their day – whether it be the French Revolution, or the revolution we helped in Iraq and Afghanistan etc. No body paid any attention to me but “My Cowboy” figured it out.

What did he figure out? That Dictators, Left Wing, Right Wing, Middle Wing?…. they hatch most of the Evil in the world. The Democracys, there people run countries usually keep peaceful….. a little simplistic with all the overlap of World Views, but I am convinced a view worth pushing on Dictatorial Regimes.

Hopefully Obama will keep on keeping on like “Bushie” because if he leaves it to the U.N…… well thousands of children and innocent people will keep on getting run-over with no help from the “Baby Blue Hat People”… That was in the news during the week of the Nov 4 Elections.

My advise to any of you who crawl out from under your rocks every 20 years when the Liberal Sun shines is to simply think for yourself a little. You can stay home and google a bit and get a good perspective. You can read history constantly and also get a perspective.

I ame of age in the early 60’s. My first vote, in ‘68 was for the Great Happy Warrior, the very Liberal Hubert Humphrey. I saw how both he and President Johnson had their lives ruined by the far left, and the college kids who drank their “Kool-Aid”.

Baby Killers then, Baby Killers now. The far Liberal Left “eat their young”… Good liberals like Humphrey, Johnson back then that did so much for civil rights and the “Great Society” programs were pilloried by them. Liebermann today – another great Liberal who has fought in the trenches for years for liberal idaes / ideals…. all smeared by the crowd who crawls out from under their rocks and who in their righteousness calls good people “Baby Killers and Cowboys”. not realising that they were the only decent soldiers in the Arena that actually accomplished through dedication some good things for the world’s oppressed.

That’s my Story (Narrative)and I’m sticking to it.
