The Homeland Security Advisory Council issued the recommendation that the color-coded “terrorist attack threat level” system drop two of its levels. Which ones? The friendly-looking blue and green levels, of course. Makes sense: they’re not going to use them, because they want you to forever be owing your existence to their intrusive vigilance.
