Clutter Free
About
Clutter Free is a plugin that lets you hide portions of the WordPress posting interface that you rarely (or never) use. Instead of being minimized (and still taking up room), they’ll be completely invisible.
Clutter Free works on WordPress 2.0.5 and above. With earlier WordPress versions, there are a few areas that cannot be hidden. Upgrade!

Very usefull plugin
This plugin is great ! But I would like other users to have a default setup with fewer panels
Nice plugin concept!
Is there a way to apply the settings globally to every user at the same time?
Cheers,

PogUDo hi great site thx http://peace.com
Great plugin, i am looking for plugin like this.
I have same question with Shipment of Fail.
Thanks.
Anyway I can modify this so that only the admin can set the preferences globally for everyone?
interesting post thx
Nice plugin.
I have a feature request: could you adapt it so that it can also be used for pages instead of articles ? It does work to eliminate some elements, but for pages, there are still lots of things that could be removed (page order, page template, parent page etc).
Thank you for your work.
How to use same settings for ALL users?
Is it wp 2.5.1 compatible?
This might of been mentioned before but is there any way to hide the plugin from certain users? im using the role-manager plugin to manage what certain users can do, is there anyway to integrate your plugin with this one?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
cheers
I would also like to have the ability to hide certain fields from specific users (or all users except admin). I will definitely donate if you add this feature. thanks!
I tried to contact you a while ago, I didn’t hear a response (may have been lost int he hundreds of other emails:) ) - so I just applied the upgrades myself:
http://bradyjfrey.com/blog/wordpress-plugin/cloak/
You’re welcome to take it back and do with it what you choose, I credited you heavily. Adjustments I applied:
- works for 2.5 options now, both post and page
- updated some of your html to fix an error (your paragraph tag in the admin, the first under the header, was not opened)
- changed the tags and name info so it doesn’t compete with yours
- added the globalize feature, so it’s not an individual user preference
Thank you!
