- Left-click the “download” button at the top of the page and save the file as

Thanks. The plug-in solved the problem when upgrading to 2.0.5.
But I still has the same problem when following my trackback-links. That problem also occurred before upgrading, but I guess the problem is similar to this issue.

Hoy en la mañana decidà borrar todo el blog de prueba, borrar sus tablas de la base de datos y realizar una instalación “en limpio”, y el problema persistió. Solo que esta vez si encontré respuestas: La instalación de este Plugin resolverá el problema del 302 found, sin que el usuario tenga que tocar el código fuente del Wordpress. I have never been able to get my trackbacks to work. I see now that this is an issue with running php as FastCGI?
I have tried your plugin but it makes no difference to the trackback issue mentioned by Martin above. I also had this issue pre 2.0.5.
Do you have any idea how to fix this issue?

A plugin called Wordpress 2.0.5 Tuneup fixes this bug that actually is not a WordPress bug but rather a PHP bug. Excellent fix. Even better after I removed the space I had inadvertently added at the end of the coding (after ?>. I wonder if it might not be a bad idea to mention that there should be zero spaces before the first
<?and the last ?> in wordpress-2.0.5-tuneup.php for those who use the ‘copy & paste’ method.(That seemingly tiny error of one extra space was causing the wp calendar to fail.)

After having updated WordPress to version 2.0.5, you can find some Error 500 (or 302) when writing new posts (you’ll fortunately not lose any content). Must be something I’m doing but Spam Karma (upgraded to latest version to double-check it’s not me) and WordPress 2.05 aren’t getting along any more. Upgraded to v2.05 in the middle of last week and Spam Karma just keeps throwing a fit when I clear out the junk

For those having the same problem with their upgrade or install of 2.0.5 go on below the break. For those out there having the same problem, this thread goes on about it. Reading that will eventually lead to this link, which details a small change to the pluggable-functions.php file. If you are having the same problem, look at that post and it will direct you to the fix, the line they are talking about should be 268. If you don’t want to edit files, or can’t for some reason, there is a plugin here that also supposedly fixes it, though I haven’t tested it myself. Two blogs. Updated tiggrsuccess.com/blog/ to 2.0.5 with no problems.
Tried the same thing at pdaoutlet.biz/blog/ – poof. All my ~900 entries are gone – sort of. If I Manage/Posts/Edit (e.g., http://pdaoutlet.biz/blog/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=919), the post shows up in the edit window. However, if I Manage/Posts/View (e.g., http://pdaoutlet.biz/blog/2007/01/01/i-blue757-solar-powered-gps-receiver/), I get a 404.

interesting. i’ve often wished for this, although i’ve always wondered if this might encourage spammers to try again. being that it’s javascript, it shouldn’t but it’s interesting.
I had this problem on a 2.0.5 blog and it fixed it. Thanks. Now I am having the same problem with a 2.0.7 blog. This plugin will not fix it… any ideas?
